At Trip Treasury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

 

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Health and personal care items are not eligible for refunds.

 

Refund Processing:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 15 business days for your refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
